Up till now, breakages could only be reported by telephone or via your personal profile in the Stadswonen Portal. The addition of WhatsApp as an option means you can now quickly and easily report problems such as blockages or leaks and, as of now, also immediately schedule a time to get most repairs made. So you immediately know where you stand.
These developments are all designed to make it easier for our tenants to report breakages and request repairs. And we plan to keep on improving the process. For example, from the beginning of 2020, you’ll be able to view the status of your repair request via the Stadswonen Portal.
