Kralingen-Crooswijk is one of the most popular districts among students looking for their own digs in Rotterdam. And for good reason: in our rooms in Kralingen, student life - in all its glory - is in walking distance. For example, Oostzeedijk is lined with a whole range of student cafés. In fact, everything you need is nearby: you can bike to Erasmus University Rotterdam in no time, and the district also has various locations of Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences. There’s a public swimming pool, Kralingse Bos (Rotterdam’s largest urban park) and a number of supermarkets - the busiest of which is the Albert Heijn on Oudedijk.
But the district’s popularity comes at a price. It generally takes longer to score a room in Kralingen-Crooswijk than it does in most other districts.
Our rooms, studios and apartments in student buildings are intended for students aged between 17 and 27 who are following a full-time MBO, HBO or WO course in Rotterdam.
After leaving education, former students already renting from us can apply for our apartments if they are aged between 23 and 27 and have paid jobs.
